He was predeceased by: his father Dale Francis Holub; and his grandmothers, Catherine Cable and Dorothy Holub. He is survived by: his children, Makayla Rosemary Holub (Tyler Retterath) and Dawson James Holub (Madison Lundberg); his mother Mary Catherine Holub (Cable); his siblings, Julie Holub and Gary Holub; and his nieces and nephews, Kris Lawrence, Amber, Ashley Holub, Cody, Bryce and Madeline Holub.
