She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert John and Elizabeth Ann Chizek (Branson); her husband Raleigh Bagby; her cousin Diane Quigley; and her nephew Jim Miller.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Lawain Miller (Nick) of Eddyville, IL, Lorrie Durbin (Ed) of Decatur, IL and Derek Bagby of Petersburg, IL; and her nieces and nephews, Melissa Staples (Jared), Trisha Bagby, Lauren Bagby, Nick Miller (Melissa), Marc Miller (Jennifer) and Jeff Durbin (Tamara). She is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, and one great-great nephew.
