She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Buchanan Sr. and Susan Gottfried (Gummert); her son Marcus Buchanan; her siblings, Rueben "Frankie" Gottfried Jr. and Joyce Hanson; her parents-in-law, Jose and Matilda Ramon; her sister-in-law Jan Buchanan; her extended family Chuck Waage; and her pet Rosco.

She is survived by: her husband Al Ramon; her children, Laurie Buchanan (Dan Bolz) of Butcher's Steakhouse Catering, Tami Young (Dan) and Vino Ramon (Mary); her grandchildren, Jacob Ramon (Sophia), Emma Ramon (Jake), Danielle Bolz, Michael, Joshua, Olivia Young, Dillon Bolz, Jon Ramon, Roxanne Ramon and Paul Mason; her stepdaughter Angie Ramon; and her brothers, Ed Buchanan Jr., Mike Hanson, Ralph Ramon (Buffy) and Ray Ramon (Debbie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed in care of the family and will later be honored in Jane's memory.
