He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Schwarck and Alice Schwarck (Ware); his siblings, Floyd Jerry Schwarck and Dorothy A. Schwarck; and his former spouse Ardis Schwarck.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Schwarck (Hubbard); his children, Dan Schwarck (Laurie) of Riceville, Rick Schwarck (Holly) of St. Ansgar, John Schwarck (Janine) of Riceville and Megan Schwarck of Mason City; and his nieces, Jerilyn Booth (Peter) of Sussex, WI and Michelle Frueh (Eric) of Ankeny. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established to thank the nurses in the critical care unit at MercyONE for their outstanding kindness and care.
