She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wentzel and Dorthea Wentzel (Deatrick); her sons, Raymond Poole and Shayne Brant; her grandson Alex Poole; and her pet Rascal Blue (Razzy).
She is survived by: her husband Duane "Skip" Brant; her children, Tim Poole (Stefanie), Andy Poole (Dena), Deanne Stine and Dana Brant (Kristi); her grandchildren, Andrew Poole, Sierra Musselman (Trevor), Madison Pierson (Trey), Elle Stine, Hunter Poole, Mikayla Beck (Taylor), Luke Stine, Macey Bressler (Caedmon) and Jeremy Brant; and her great grandchildren, Allston, Aeson Poole, Jayce Musselman, Paisley, Cooper, Cody Pierson and Brighton Beck. She is also survived by many loving sisters-in-law, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saints Church of Christ (1021 N 8th St, Clear Lake, IA 50428).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed in care of the family or to Avenue of the Saints Church of Christ in Helene's memory.
