He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Brandt and Opal Brandt (Thompson); his son Thomas John Brandt; and his granddaughter Afton Ulve. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Brandt; his children, Jeffrey Brandt of Spokane, Scott Brandt (Sue) of Clear Lake and Robin Ulve (Michael) of Minnesota; and his sister-in-law Vicki Sisco. He is also survived by grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
