He is survived by: his children, Scott Hoffman (Amanda) and Wendy Mills (Tom); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Hoffman, Kaylee, Emma Hodenfield, Tristan, Tate Hoffman, Mark Ostroot (Sarah), Alexandra "Alex" Ostroot (Curtis Telsrow), Konner Mills, Nick Mills (Ashley), Brayden Mills and Michelle Crane; his great grandchildren, Kiara Mills, Jerry Emrie, Onyx Mills, Orion Ostroot, Kyla Ostroot and Bentley Mills; his brother Art Hoffman (Janette); and his brother-in-law Keith Dhondt.
