He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Wipf and Clara Wipf (Blackwell); his former wife Janet Sibley; his child Robin; his wife Joan (Truax); his children, Richard Hoover, Kathy Franklin, Tracy Hansen (Lisa), Shelley Paulsen (Francis Simmer) and Hollie Tatro; his grandchildren, Melanie Paulsen, AJ Hansen, Alissa Hansen, Mariah Braniff and Ryan Tatro; his great grandchildren, Parker Renz, Armonee Hansen, Linken McGerry and Ember Braniff; his siblings, Lois Staples (Paul), Virgil Wipf, Helen Wipf, Carolyn Wipf and Robert Wipf; his siblings-in-law, Alberta Wipf and David Truax (Irene); his brother Wesley Wipf; his parents-in-law, Ted and Bea Truax; his brothers, Russel (Lola Truax) and Gary (Pat Truax); his niece Kim Jansen; and his nephew Dennis Truax. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.
