It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Eugene Carrott of Clear Lake, Iowa, who passed away on February 3, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Lyle Carrott and Irene Carrott (Kock); his brother Thomas Carrott; his wife Kay Carrott; his brother Larry Carrott; his sister-in-law Dixie Carrott; his parents-in-law, Betty and Roy Steelman; and his brother-in-law Clinton Steelman.
He is survived by : his children, Rodney Carrott (Kim) of Ankeny, Brenda Molencamp (Craig) of Colorado Springs, CO and Brian Carrott (Susan) of Clear Lake; and his grandchildren, Kirsten (Drew), Jaime (Addison), Jared (Sarah), Aaron (Christina), Amanda (Scott), Kaylea (Jeremy) and Ryann (Tyler). He is also survived by 17 Great-Grandchildren.
During his time as an educator, he attended three National Science Foundation summer sessions at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
