We announce the death of Roland Gene Barlow (Clear Lake, Iowa), who passed away on July 31, 2026, at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Barlow and Marion Barlow (Spilman); his daughter Angela Barlow; and his brothers, Vern Barlow Jr. and Stephen Barlow.

He is survived by: his children, Brian Barlow (Lana) of Floyd and Jennifer Barlow of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Ciara Barlow, Aaron Haag (Janet), Trenity Trytten and Ashley East (Jay); his great grandchildren, Red Brantner and Charlotte Haag; and his sister Kaye Barlow. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
