As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Alberta may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Portz and Regina Portz (Roling). She is survived by: her son Bryon (Nancy); her grandsons, Bryan and Rodger (Sabrina) of Maryland; her daughter Brenda Kay Portz of Iowa; and her sister Elaine Myers-Brown of Iowa. She is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory (302 3rd Ave S, Clinton, IA 52732).
