She is survived by: her parents, Daniel J Smith and Sally J Smith; her children, Alyvia April Jeanne Smith, Avery Xavier Smith and Violet May Smith; her sisters, Sara Womack (Dwain Womack), Kelli Elliott (Scott Elliott Jr) and Danielle Andersen (Jeremy Andersen); and her nieces, Taitum Smith (Kelli) and Skylarr Rettkowski. She is also survived by her children, parents, paternal grandparents.
