It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty J. Mull of Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on December 7, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lingle and Nellie Lingle (Davis); her former husband Robert L. Mull; her husband John David Hunt; and her siblings, Ruth Charlotte, Iona Vanloo, Virginia Weidemann, George, Raymond and Richard Lingle.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Mull (Linda) of Wausau, Robert Mull of Fruitland, Gary Mull of Clinton and Patty Petersen (Roger) of Clinton; her stepdaughters, Patty Ryan of Decatur and Debra "Debbie" Hunt of Decatur, Illinois; her grandchildren, Shamin Carrington (Mike), Sha Misita (Lorne), Aaron Mull (Jessica), Justin Mull (Laura), Matthew Mull and Heather Steines (Kevin); and her stepgranddaughters, Melissa Ryan and Samantha Kannan (Kannan). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, one step-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Et First Methodist Church (236 7th Ave S, Clinton, IA 52732). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
