She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cooper and Imogene Cooper (Smith); her husband Clarence "Vern" Worley; her son-in-law Paul; her grandson Matthew Wolever; and her brothers, Johnny, Roger and David.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Cripps (Mike) of Ft. Dodge, Chuck Wolever (Marie) of Bettendorf and Dana Sparks (Mark Irwin) of Clinton; and her siblings, Larry Cooper (Sue) of Albany and Linda Troxel of Clinton. She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
