She is survived by: her husband Jeff Case of Clinton; her siblings, Tom Swamberger (Denise) of Parker, CO and Theresa "Terri" Slade (Tim) of Anderson, SC; her brothers-in-law, Steve Case of Clinton, Jim Case of Milan and Will Case of Denver, CO; her uncle Edmund Swamberger (Jeanne); her aunt Carolyn Melekian of Battle Creek, MI; her siblings' children, Katie Kohl (Jesse) of Lisbon, IA, Rachel Siegel (Austyn) of Clinton, Haley Swamberger of Dallas, TX, Connor Swamberger of Denver, CO, Emmalee Jones (Garret), Grace Dulaigh of Colorado Springs, CO and Jack Dulaigh of Parker, CO; her great-niece Leah Kohl; and her great-nephew Jaxson Jones. She is also survived by numerous cousins and many friends.
