He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles, Jr. Creeley and Lillian Creeley (Johnson); and his siblings, Buffy, Dori and Steve.
He is survived by: his wife Deb of Clinton; his children, Vickie Reed (Shawn) of Clinton, Courtney Spitzer (Dustin) of Erie, IL and Dustin Coppess (Tori) of Clinton, IA; and his siblings, LeAnna Geffers of Clinton, Linda Corbiser of Clinton, Kathy DeForest of Knoxville, Scott Creeley of Clinton, IA and Chris Creeley of South Carolina. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
