Dale E. Bott Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale E. Bott of Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on June 15, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bott and Alta Bott (Ohlsen); his former wife Marilyn Smith; his wife Nancy Linder; his great grandchild Violet Prescher; his son-in-law Harlan Holm; and his brother-in-law Louie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Patricia Holm of Oregon, IL, Dalene Bott-Kitslaar (Joe) of Rochester, MN, Annette Black (Tim) of Davenport, IA, Colene O'Neill (Terry) of Princeton, IA and Leslie Stumbaugh (Jason) of Clinton, IA; his grandchildren, Brad (Katie), Rachel, Halley Holm, Abby Kitslaar (Ryan Prescher), Emily Petersen (Cody), Megan Daniels (Matt), Caitlin Berg (Cody), Dr. Kyle O'Neill (Jaycie), Matt (Helena), Aaron (Maggi) and Garrett Stumbaugh; his sister Roberta Jurgersen of Clinton, IA; and his nephew Michael Jurgersen (Kim) of Clinton, IA. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Pape Funeral Home (2308 Pershing Blvd, Clinton, IA 52732). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (439 3rd Ave S, Clinton, IA 52732).
