He is survived by: his wife Holly Cox of Clinton; his daughters, Michelle Miller (Jason) of Winter Haven and Faith Limon (Javier) of Sioux City, Iowa; and his brothers, Richard Cale and James Cale. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
