He is survived by: his wife Cindy of Clinton; and his brothers, Dennis Shady (Maureen) of Virginia, Darren Shady (Kari) of Maquoketa and Danny Shady of Maquoketa, Iowa. He is also survived by six children; 14 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
