She is survived by : her husband Royce "Sam" Sampson of Clinton, IA; her children, Rhonda Mahannah (Ted) of Iowa City, IA, Theresa Wallace (Pete) of Pine Bluff, AK, Delvin Shepherd (Jane) of Goose Lake, IA, Duane Sampson (Brenda) of Clinton, IA and Jim Shepherd of Clinton, IA; and her sisters, Pat and Dorothy. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
