He was predeceased by: his parents, James Betts and Myrtle Betts (Leonard); and his siblings, Rhonda Betts and Jim Betts. He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Teresa Orr of Davenport, IA, Michael Betts (Jennifer) of Dyersville, IA and Brad Betts (Renae) of Albany, IL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
