He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Cady, and Ena Cady, Sr. (Point); his parents-in-law, Jake and Janet Huizenga; and his siblings, Sherrill Parsons, Ruth Dau and Mark Cady.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Huizenga of Clinton; his children, James Cady (Marcia) of Clinton, Susan Determan (Paul) of Clinton, Sarah Nolan (Brad) of Clinton and Sandy Huizenga (Chad) of Fulton, Illinois; his grandchildren, Katie (Jordan), Jake (Megha), Emily (Drew), Cody, Connor, Mackenzie, Nathan, Tristen and Gwendolyn; and also William Titus (Barb) of Arnold, Missouri. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
