He was predeceased by: his parents, Heinrich Sr. Jacobsen and Mary Jacobsen (Ferguson); his brothers, Christian, Martin Jr. and Hans; and his niece Susan.
He is survived by: his sister Ellen Ketelsen of Camanche. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews and numerous great – nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Parkinson's Foundation in Jack's name.
