She is survived by : her daughters, Heather Conlon of Van Nuys and Dawn Blazier (Dan) of Park View; her granddaughters, Britt Conlon, Haley Blazier, Sarah Blazier and Catrina Blazier; and her siblings, Charlotte Phillips of Camanche, Nancy Kohrt of Iowa City and Steve Determan (JoAnn) of Marion. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
