We bid farewell to Jeffrey Determann of Clinton, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 12, 2025 at the age of 39. Jeffrey touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Jeffrey may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Parker, Barbara Rich (Parker), Andrew and Grace Determann. He is survived by: his parents, David Determann of Clinton and Martha Determann (Parker); his stepfather Richard Jacobs of Clinton; and his brother Forrest Determann of Des Moines. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Memorials can be made in Jeff's honor to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, whose care and compassion during his final days meant the world to his family.
