He was predeceased by : his mother Susan McGovern (Byrne); and his brother Greg McGovern. He is survived by : his wife Beth McGovern of Fulton; his children, Victoria, Colin and Kathryne McGovern; and his siblings, Brian McGovern (Crystal) of Davenport and Jennifer McGovern (Alex Lomio) of Pocono Summit, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
