He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Lind and Alene Lind (Orchard); and his siblings, Gary, Geraldine and Mary.

He is survived by : his wife Jeanne Klare; his children, Pamela Shepherd (Dave) of Clinton and Scott Lind (Beth) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Josh Shepherd of Clinton and Brianna Lind of Clinton; and his siblings, Cliff, Ike, Jimmy, Gerda, Linda, Donna and Carol. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
