He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rixen and Martha Rixen (Meyer). He is survived by: his brothers, Harlen Rixen (Joanne) of Sabula, IA and Richard Rixen of Sabula, IA; and his siblings' children, Hailey, Carson, Emily, Kelly, Eldon and Nicole.
