She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Emery Preston and Bertha Preston (Richard); her husband Floyd Howard; her children, David Howard (Marsha) of Menno, SD, Cynthia Ramig (Michael) of Clinton, IA and Kris Stroebele (Jay) of LeClaire, IA; her sister Nancy Spahr of Arkansas; her son Rickey; and her daughter-in-law Patsy. She was also cherished by ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one great-greatgrandchild.
