It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Melinda Sullivan of Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank C. Carber, Jr. and Mary Jane Carber (LeBarge); her husband Harvey F. Sullivan of Mary's Catholic Church; and her children, Douglas R. Sullivan and Catherine M. Cox.
She is survived by : her daughter Madonna Berry; her grandchildren, Missey Sullivan-Pope (Dave Pope), Becky Hale, Joe Hale (Jen), Sara Ray (Scott), Jonathan Sullivan, Alison Sullivan, Arian Sullivan, Jordan Fuller (Caleb) and Morgan Sparks (Dyllan); her great grandchildren, Zachary Pope, Paiton Hale, Natalie Wood, Evan Ray, Avery Ray, Olivia Ray, Emery Fuller, Evan Fuller and Brecken Sullivan; her son-in-law Roger Cox; her siblings, Reba Ellis (Jim) and Richard D. Carber; her great grandchild Emma Ray; and her siblings, Ronald Carber, Jerry R. Carber, Sr., Clarence "Scoop" Carber, Judy Doyle and Jackie Atkinson. She is also survived by seven sister-in-law's and one brother-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
