She was predeceased by : her parents, Ardis T. Farley (A. T.) and Ethel S. Farley (Johnson); her husband James W. Koch; her sister Lorene Nelken; her sons, Steven and David Koch; and her daughter-in-law Bernadette Koch.

She is survived by : her children, Ann K. Sheller (Steven) of Clinton, Iowa, J. Thomas Koch of Holliston, Massachusetts and Patricia L. Malone (Thomas) of Tallahassee, Florida; her stepsons, Tom Schmitz (Valerie) and Craig Schmitz (Bridgette); and her sister Kay Pound (Manolis Gavrilakis) of Atlanta, Georgia. She is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren, 4 step-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gateway Faith Fellowship, Fulton or the Pregnancy Center, Clinton.
