He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bieber and Rose Bieber (Smith); and his significant other Theresa. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Fenzel of Erie, Brian Filloon of Illinois, Scott Filloon of Maquoketa and Colin Filloon of Texas; and his sister Penny Quinn of Camanche. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
