We are sad to announce that, on January 28, 2026, at the age of 89, Ruth Ann Jost of Clinton, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pestka and Marie Pestka (Schreiner). She is survived by: her husband Robert Jost; her son Todd Jost of Clinton; her grandchildren, Jayden Jost and Jasmyn Jost; her sisters-in-law, Lorraine Lundquist of Camanche and Carol Jost of Clinton; her son Marc Jost; and her sisters, Joan Miller, Madonna Gibson (Waters) and Gerry Dixon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family requests memorials to the Clinton Humane Society or Prince of Peace Parish.
