With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ruth Drews (Clinton, Iowa), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernhard Lemke and Margaret Lemke (Overton); her husband Verne H. Drews; her son Roger; her grandson Daniel; and her siblings, Duane, Mary Willey, George Dehner, Reinhard, Janet Lemke, Karl Lemke, Bill Warren, Norm and Donna Wessels.
She is survived by: her sons, Dave Drews (Angie) of Clinton and Tom Drews (Jane) of Iowa City; her grandchildren, Rebekah Rursch (Shannon) of Statesville, NC, Brad Drews (Jane Kiester), Derek Drews of Clinton, Sarah Rogers (Thad) of Oxford and Emily Drews of North Liberty; her great grandchildren, Makennah, Brynlee, Everlee, Sophia and Maverick; and her siblings, Bernadine Dehner, John Lemke, Jean Lemke, Roger Lemke (Judy), Phil Lemke (Karlyn) and Phyllis Warren.
