She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Scobee and Muriel Scobee (Schumacher); her husband James Dale Cecil; and her siblings, James, Doris and Lynn.

She is survived by: her children, Troy Wantland (Karissa), Christopher Cecil (Amanda), Jenny Osborn, Jamie Cecil (Jennifer) and Misty Mervine (Frank); Gordon Anderson of Clinton. She is also survived by many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
