She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Eugene Jacobs and Marcella Proulx; and her brother Curt Bundy. She is survived by: her close friend Ruthann Notz; her siblings, Candance Evans of Iowa City, IA, Ed Stremlow (Brenda) of Clinton, IA and Jeff Stremlow of Sparks, NV; her godchildren, Shawn Harmsen (Jody) and Judy Perkins (Johnnie) of Davenport, IA; and her sisters, Debra Hasse (Lee) of Florida and Donna Worf (Jeff) of Illinois. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Sandy requested that all memorial donations be made to the Sisters of St Francis, 843 13th Ave. No., Clinton, Iowa.
