He is survived by: his wife Theresa Bickford of Clinton; his sisters, Marcia Gentz (Jeff) of Bloomington, MN and Laura Bickford of Clinton, Iowa.; and his godchildren, Megan, Matthew, Hayden, Annabell, Austin and Wren.
