He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Johannsen and Bernetta Johannsen (Schneden); his wife Carolyn; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Johannsen of Clinton, Christopher Johannsen (Ann) of Milwaukee, WI and Sara Darling (Ron) of Clinton; and his siblings, Lonnie (Carol) of Eldridge, Leon (Phyllis) of Bettendorf and Vallene of Dewitt. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
