She was predeceased by: her father Charles E. Witt; and her husband Stanley "Chuck" Sirvid, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Mary Jo Witt (Krebs) of Clinton; her daughters, Kathy Parker (Scott) of Cedar Rapids and Sandy Twedt (Nathan) of Kouts, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jenna, Sydney, Alyssa, Kennedy and Benjamin; her brother James Witt (Andrea); and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Bromley (Steve) of Clinton and Linda Newbanks (Tom) of Marion. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
