He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Kelly (Kelly) and Warren A. Kelly; his daughter Kris; his siblings, Dick Kelly (Ann), Jacque Brauer (Bill) and Beth Peters (Dean); and his nephews, Bruce, Jon Kelly, Kevin Brauer, Steve, Laine Werner and Bill McCullough.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley McCullough of Cordova Illinois; his children, Kim Wagemester (Doug) of Fairfax and Mark Kelly of Clinton; his grandchildren, Jenna, Hank, Jack Wagemester, Caitlin Maddasion (Eric), Megan Kelly and Ella Kelly; his great grandchildren, Carter and Demi Maddasion; his sister Kay Werner (late Don) of Galena Illinois; his cousin Mary Lemke (Pete) of Bonita Springs, Florida; and his sister-in-law Lois McCullough (late Jim) of Arizona. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A masonic service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 3:45 PM at the Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory (302 3rd Ave S, Clinton, IA 52732). Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the First United Presbyterian Church (400 5th Ave S, Clinton, IA 52732).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family for a memorial to be established in Tom's name.
