He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leslie and Cleo Leslie (Neumann); and his friend Phil Heine. He is survived by: his spouse Erin Montgomery of Clinton; his pets, Bug, Monkey, Martin and Yo-Yo; his siblings, Carl Leslie of Clinton, Timothy Leslie of Clinton, Greg Leslie (Karen Evenson) of Algona and Kimberly Leslie of Clinton; his mother-in-law Kristi Montgomery of Camanche; and his brother-in-law Jason Montgomery of Milwaukee, Wisconsin..
