He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jones; his daughter Jill Burmeister (Andy) of Lost Nation; his sister Jill Jones of California; his grandson Dean Blinkinsop (Mason Sims) of Davenport; his niece Donagene Jones (William Halsey) of California; his brothers-in-law, Jerry Dithmart of Marion and Thomas Dithmart (Juanita) of Clinton; and his nephews, Garry Dithmart of Des Moines and Thomas Dithmart (Cassie Dersham) of Camanche.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
