He was predeceased by: his parents, Gail Ogan and Elizabeth Ogan (Martin); and his siblings, Frances Wright and Gail Ogan Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty; and his siblings, Patricia "Pat" Fluck (Richard) of Lake Summerset, Donald Ogan of Dixon, Phil Ogan (Pam) of Dixon and Bob Ogan of Dixon.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Izaak Walton League.
