She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Miller and Judy Miller. She is survived by: her husband Tom Werner of Clive, IA.; her sister Linda Bolten (Keith) of St. Martins; her siblings-in-law, Mary Bernabe (Sam) and Jim Werner of Wheeling; her nieces and nephews, Joey Bryan, Justin Bolten (Leah), Nick Bernabe (Kate), Erin Hannan (John), Kara Werner Dods (Jordan), Leah Werner (Tim) and Jessica Cozart (Jeremy); and her aunt Nancy Werner.
In lieu of flowers, Debbie's family requests that any donations in her name be made specifically toward Mayo Clinic Ovarian Cancer Research by contributing online to either mayoclinic.org or give.mayoclinic.org.
