He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Paul Weis and Mary Katharine (Brosnahan); his wife Joanne Carol Blazek; his daughter Lana Gossman; his grandson Jonathan Harrell; and his siblings, Edwin Weis, Pete Weis (Ava Jean), Donald Weis (Anna), Frances Scrandoli (Angelo) and Patricia Weis.
He is survived by: his children, LuAnn Weis (Jan L. Pewe) of Eldridge, Linda Harrell (Todd) of Randolph, N. J. and Jerry Weis (Carrie Eierman) of Norfolk, Neb.; his grandchildren, Josh Gossman (Jess Ferrer) of Norman, Jacob Gossman (Jennifer Webb) of Aurora, Zachary Harrell of Randolph, N. J., Dana Harrell of Randolph, N. J., Alex Harrell of Randolph, N. J., Emma Weis of Norfolk, Neb., Payton Weis of Norfolk, Neb. and Grant Weis of Norfolk, Neb.; his great grandchild Lennan Gossman of Norman, Okla.; his son-in-law Jeff Gossman of Austin, T. X.; his siblings, Fritz Weis (Lois) and Regina Pettit; and his sister-in-law Kate Weis.
