Irene Elizabeth Reed Obituary

The memory of Irene Elizabeth Reed of Clive, Iowa, who passed away on June 19, 2025 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Irene Elizabeth leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst Braun and Rosa Braun (Paul); her son Randy Reed; her husband Richard Reed (Dick); and her brother Robert Braun.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Reed (Debra) and Jane Wilson (Keith). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren, three nieces and two nephews.

In lieu of flowers Irene requested that donations be made to Hospice of the Midwest and the Animal Rescue League of Iowa.
