She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Patricia Welch (Stark) and Craig Welch; her children, Eleanor, Nicholas and Finan; her pet Hank; her former husband Kevin Dougherty; and her siblings, Jeffrey (Beth), Jason, Jocelyn (Greg), Jonathan Welch, Denise Huisman (Carson), Christopher Carson and Curtis Welch. She was also cherished by her many nieces and nephews.
