She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kalupa and Annabelle Kalupa; and her husband Paul. She is survived by: her sons, Mike (Pam) of Batavia, IL, Pat of Sacramento, CA and Dan of Austin, TX; her grandchildren, Andrew (Yesmina), Kelly, Claire, Ainsley and Siena; and her siblings, Beverly LaValle, Ed (Sheryl) and Tony Kalupa (Linda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
