She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her parents, Francis Kearney and Mary Kearney; her brothers, Robert and James Kearney; and her stepbrothers, Rev. Philip Amidon S. J. and John Amidon.
She is survived by: her siblings, JoAnn (late James), Thomas Kearney (Nabila), Susan Anderson (Michael) and Richard Kearney (Natalie); her stepbrother Michael Amidon (Barbara); and her children, Maureen Bachman (Terry), Joseph, Michael (Kathy), Anne Steele (Paul), John (Kendra) and Daniel (Melissa). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Mary requested that donations be made to the DMARC Food Pantry or Holy Trinity Church St. Vincent de Paul Society.
