He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hladik and Harriet Hladik (Cufr). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Eichorst; and his daughters, Barbara Halupnick (Mike) and Debra Halupnick (Dennis). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
